Truth is they are headquartered in China. That's a shame they feel like having no choice but pretending to be US based. They are an overall good company that really shines as far as handmade PL is concerned.
Ease of use
Goodsgarden offers a good layout, simple clear and effective. The navigation system is really simple and has a good visibility. Even during US prime time the download times are pretty decent. Even the shopping cart is easy to use and the whole website is pretty standard.
In a nutshell, Goodsgarden provides a professional website that is really easy to master even if it could use more internal links and better looks.
Reliability
Goodsgarden offers a quite correct customer service. They got email and livechat support which is pretty efficient. They were very helpful, professional and tried their best to answer our questions.
They typed in a very good English.
We know that some of you will really notappreciate the fact that they pretend to be a US based company.
