Introduction

Not a huge amount is known about the history of GamerKing. You will see around the web stories about Yantis (original founder of MySuperSales) making the site. As always, there are a lot of legends that nobody can verify for sure, so I won't go on and on about that subject. What matters is that now they are a part of Atlas Technology Group and since ATG restructured their customer service and delivery departments they are really reliable and operate as the current market leader.

Gamerking isn't the best site but they deliver.

Ease of use

Their website isn't the best designed around but they offer the required features for you to find what you need fast. The search box and the quick game and server form will help you to get to the checkout page in a few clicks. They provide very little credentials and information about themselves. The only got a livechat to contact them.

The website isn't really their main strength, but at least it's readable enough.

Reliability

They obviously share Atlas Technology Group's customer service. It got the same features and you will have the same agents working for many websites. However, their customer service has improved a lot in 2008. The average response time via live chat is less than a minute. Their agents will give fair responses and little copied and pasted answers. They obviously have less customers to serve at the same time and their response time is much better. The customer service agents were polite and patient. Their English was quite good. They are doing their job really well.

At the moment, they only call their customers for fraud prevention measures, this could become a hurting point in the future.

Press and web release

They are completely absent from complaints boards and rip-off boards. They got an extremely old review on WoW Gold Seller that is pretty positive. Wowgoldfacts made one of its messy reviews about them in late 2008 who also ended up pretty good.

GamerKing is a safe, secure, bet to purchase your virtual currency. They provide 24/7 customer service with fast response times although we would prefer they provided phone support and an address.
